★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was reluctant to even go in knowing this store probably didnt have what I wanted but i thought it was worth a try. The guy kind of made fun of me for not wanting an engagement ring and only a simple but unique wedding band which threw me off right away. Also, their pricing is about double for the same quality as other stores and they dont have a great selection. Will not recommend this store in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bracelet here a couple weeks ago and had to get it resized. I picked the bracelet up today and went to the beach afterwards. Within an hour of picking it up it broke and got lost at the beach. The warranty that I purchased for my bracelet was to cover any future repairs but the repair they did couldn't even last an hour. There was no strong force applied to the bracelet meaning that the repair job was pathetic. I will not return here for business and will advise my friends and family to do the same. Very disappointed with the service.

While we struggled with the customer service of one individual staff member, several other employees, including the store manager and district manager, went above and beyond to make things right for us and our individual situation. As a consumer, all I can recommend is to read the fine print, every time. But we have walked away feeling like we have been adequately taken care of, and in the end, I can say that overall, shopping here turned out to be a positive experience.
