★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unhappy , when I was in town a few weeks ago I had to get a loan on a ring . since then I've been back 3 times to get the ring during their posted regular business hours . Each time the store has been closed..I was put off a bit by this but let it go , today I was just pulling up and noticed the owner getting in his car , I couldn't catch him in time .the lady in the store told me she couldn't help me. she phoned him and told him I had just missed him and was from outta town ,and was there to pickup my ring , he told her to tell me I would have to come back in an hour to get it . this is really inconvenient and has messed up my schedule as well as cost me extra money in fuel . I think it was very unprofessional , bad business.

Not only did they let me stay late choosing things, but they waited around when I had to run to the bank to get cash. Took me longer than I thought it would, so they held the items for me until the next day when I called them that I couldn't make it back that day. Thanks to you all for working with me. Appreciate it.
