Small part of the casing was broken off beforehand didn't think much of it, took pictures of the item before I left. Came back the next day because the entire casing ended up breaking off inside it's soft storage. Asked for a full refund, they denied and went from 10% to 25% of the payment for "restocking fees", even when shown the pictures from yesterday. Poor service, and doing anything to make a quick buck. Edit: In response for your comment below, the item I bought was not a camcorder. I don't know where you got that idea from. Please get your facts straight, although this only reinforces what I said earlier I think. Big Don doesn't care about their customers, so long as they can make a quick buck, they'll make up whatever story they want.
b	brae konnors on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pawn shop is full of knowledgeable staff who are there to do their job just like everyone else and no one appreciates negativity, only positive criticism should be presented to the manager/owner to better the service if that is not met. I give this pawn shop a 2 thumbs up, always a good find and pleasant service. I give this pawn shop 4 stars, as there's always room for growth and always room for review but no negative comments to be said, any questions, inquiries, discrepancies should be brought to the manager/ owner's attention and not pettiness brought on using words online. Thanks guys keep killin it!
R	Rana Lehoux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once the staff became familiar with me, i ALWAYS had respect,friendliness and fairness. They were always nice, but over time it just got better! A geeat place to bring your treasures when times get a little tough, and u know that they are well protected, not just by the kick butt security system they have, but by the staff as well. Be nice, be honest, and you will have it reciprocated!! This is an add on comment, more than an edit. Just recently I found myself a little short on the required amount to secure a pawn I needed to have in there when I fell on hard times before Christmas. I was moved to tears(although I did t do it in the store) when John went out of his way to make sure my treasures we're secured, and was able to extend a much needed hand. The guys there are AMAZING!! Never have I been treated so fairly, and with such humanity.Especially from a second hand/ pawn shop!! Thanks guys!
C	Crystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He was rude to me when u called to ask about my daughter stolen switch told me it’s a domestic and the only way to get it back was to get the ticket and get it signed by the guy who pawned it and then pay the pawn slip will never go there ever again or support this business I would give 0 stars
D	Dustin Ledger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organized pawn shop, decent prices but not the greatest customer service. The older guy with the beard is super helpful & really friendly. I would’ve given a 5 star review but the other guy with short hair on the cashier changed my experience. I went in to buy a speaker & the older gentlemen helped me pick one out. I must’ve bought it within minutes, I was super interested about a Nathan MacKinnon jersey on the way out & had it set in my mind if it was less than $150 I’d get it. So I asked how much for it?.. the guy on the cashier mentioned he wouldn’t check the price for me unless I was a serious buyer. Meanwhile I just made a purchase 30 prior.
r	reacon duffey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly for the almost two years i lived here i had a wonderful experience with these guys but then suddenly because of legal matters out of my control suddenly im barred cant pawn sell or buy and i depended on this location to help with emergency funds and in two years probably spent a couple grand here for them to just throw someone away terrible business management
S	Shem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, brought my playstation in to get fixed and I was quoted for "a few days". Ended up keeping it for a month and diagnosing an issue that didn't exist. Do better please.
