Use of questionable power adapters or replacement parts to deem something as repaired or working or a complete kit should be reviewed. "Replacement" brand is not actually a certified UL or certified anything. Check out what you buy in its entirety.
M	MR. Carney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this place weekly to specifically purchase movies for the better half of a year. My experiences have also been pleasant. All the staff are super nice and welcoming. One person in specific named Sebastian is pretty solid. He is extremely knowledgeable with the genre I favor and really is a big part of why I keep coming back. He makes excellent recommendations. I have purchased hundreds of movies from them and there prices are fair. There is another person there who is female and im not sure her name, my kiddo talks to her about her bracelet all the time. She is super awesome as well!!!! I totally rank this place 5 stars.

I went in with my brother to retrieve his Bike from holding and after I had already paid the gentleman whom helped us said that he couldn't get it. He than proceeded to say that it was to far back in the storage and he could get it tomorrow because it was close to closing now and he had to get out of work. When you are running a business's sometimes you stay late. I'm from out of town and came down for my brother's birthday and to get him his bike back. My brother doesn't drive. He will now be getting his bike when I am gone and have to ride in dangerous conditions. Very disappointing!

Overpriced everything not friendly staff, no logic or reason applied to their pricing and I will not be using that store ever again no recommendations and I'll share my experience with anyone that asks.
B	Bernie Giesler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Hock Shop, found a chain saw I was looking for from a friend that noticed it on your shelf. They are old and heavy but cut very well. I had to clean and adjust the carburetor and properly sharpen the chain but it now runs and idles like a champ! ???
M	Matt Cyr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rips people off. Check your receipts carefully. Mine was slightly marked up. I assume they do this to several customers throughout the day. Been ripped off selling items at this store as well. They sold me around a thousand dollars worth of games and then after I suffered a break in where the thieves stole my console, I sold the games back. For 65 games marked between 5 dollars and 50 dollars each they gave me 65 dollars. Even for the games that they sold me for 50, they would only give me one dollar. And for the record, ps3 games are still sold at these prices, the statement from the owner that games are sold at 1 or 2 dollars is false. I was in the store recently to look at games and decided not to spend anything when I saw the prices.

I am always helped with the utmost level or professionalism but am interacted with like a friend. Whether or not I make a purchase, all staff members are awesome to shoot the bull with for a few minutes before I leave. Prices are more than fair, awesome deals regularly, never had any issues with any product Ive purchased there. All around awesome place and awesome people.
