Your website does a great job at displaying the styles and different options for bouquets. I called my order in at the North Bay location and the lady who answered was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had several questions about some of the styles and she offered descriptions and information on available flowers. She helped me customize the bouquet so it’d be exactly what I was looking for. The pricing was true and reflective of quality and workmanship of the bouquet. Delivery options were also great and on time. Exactly as described. The only thing that could’ve made this experience better would maybe to send the purchaser a picture of the final bouquet as a confirmation. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Thank you so much! I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future.

They were a delight to deal with and were willing to work within my budget. They were friendly and patient and would most definitely use them again!

Additionally, the driver who delivered the flowers was very courteous and obviously enjoyed his job, hence contributing to the overall experience. I was told that delivery could be anywhere between the same day to two days following. You folks came through beautifully. Thanks! Delivery was within a few hours of placing the order. Five thumbs up! I recommend you folks to anyone seeking do to something nice for someone. Thanks again!

Made my Grandma's day just a little more special, and helped us show her how close she is to our hearts, despite being thousands of kilometres away. I also appreciate that even after the flowers inevitably fade, the ceramic pitcher (that the bee arrangement comes in) is a long-lived useful item. They react very fast on questions etc. We live in The Netherlands so I wanted to make sure everything was being well received. The recipient, which is my best friend in North Bay, was pleasantly surprised. So, we both are very happy! I will certainly use the flower garden in the future.
