His names chip and he was playing at the beach when he cut his main artery while playing ball.my boyfriend and I took him to this hospital and they saved his life. I'm truly grateful for this because I dont know where I would be without him!! We are a team** They gave me a compassion discount nice people that work there.

Would not let me watch the exam because of Covid, we all had masks on!! Prescribed asthma medication for my cat. They did nothing returned for an X-ray. No mention the cost and I know should of asked!!! $500 for sedation and lung X-rays. No call to give me results I had to call following day to find out report says Pneumonia TREAT aggressively!!! Now they will not prescribe a stronger medication because I wrote this story on my personal facebook Disrespect how did I do that when all i wrote was the truth of your disrespectful treatment for my cat!

I've been in twice since to puchase dog food recommended by the vet and have asked about my order. I hear the same thing, next week. But yet, you always have the single doses at a higher cost than if I purchase a box. Weird? I have decided to take my pup and business elsewhere.
A	AaronCora Foster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am on permanent disability,I spend 24/7 with my boys, they are very much therapy animals and I am picky where they go when sick, my pit had cancer, which thanks to the doc noticing it very early he beat, and I got to keep a best friend. And the quote was one of the lowest in town. These folks are awesome, my one dog hates his feet being touched, with my limitations it makes trimming his nails hell. For $20 he gets it done and comes bouncing out the back door, the stress gone for both of us.

I didn’t see the exam just the Supposed Vet telling me a suspected collapsed trachea??! Of course I’m in panic mode and I as talked into 500$ worth of X-rays and didn’t receive results until the next am. Of course they said lungs and trachea was fine so here spend another 70$ on antibiotics for nasal congestion?? Ten days later she is still sneezing and sounding stuffed up terrible vets money grab will not go back. The young ladies working there are amazing that was the only pleasant part. Don’t go there
S	Sarah E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our kitten for 3 rounds of vaccines. Our last experience wasn't terrible but we left feeling upset. We had been asked about rabies/leukemia vaccines and we said no because she was an indoor cat. When paying, and after her shots, the assistant suggested we get the abies/leukemia vaccines. We felt uncomfortable as we had no information regarding the vaccine but it wasn't encouraged before she had been in with the vet. We felt as though the staff were not providing adequate information for or against the rabies/leukemia vaccine. We explained that we don't know and this is our first kitten. I understand that these procedures are routine for the staff but we do now have enough information to make informed decisions, and it should be their job to guide us in the right direction. She was in for a quick visit but it is stressful for us and we felt as though we were making a poor decision. We felt put on the spot afterwards, felt uncomfortable, and felt like we didn't have adequate information.

They took over a week to get blood test results back to me and I had to call several times for the results. They would not let me be present with my dog during the examination. I have a very nervous small dog and it would have been in the best interest of my dog to have me present during the examination.
