★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loaded up the camping trailer on an early Friday afternoon, loaded up the nieces and wifey and started our weekend camping trip only to have mechanical issues ironically quite close to Pro Tech. Because I had been to the shop in the past for other minor issues I decided to try my luck at quarter to 5pm. We pulled in and by a stroke of luck Brad was not as busy as normal and he he took a look at my truck. Turned out I needed a new wiring harness for my injectors to start and he even drove to Lordco at near his closing time to pick up the parts. In the meantime my Wifey and nieces killed time in the trailer while Brad pulled apart my valve cover and discovered I also needed two new injectors for my diesel. He stayed till 7:30 to make sure everything was fixed and my truck was running normal again just so we could continue with out camping trip. Highly Recommend Pro Tech, Brad went over and above to help us out and i won’t forget it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad and the crew at Protech are fantastic. They don't fix what isn't broken just to make a dime. Super honest crew and very good at what they do. Small local shop with local guys. I would reccomend them to anyone. Never had a problem and they always figured out what's wrong with my truck and had it running properly in a reasonable time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Protech twice now, both times have been terrific. As an ex diesel mechanic I knew right away Brad (the owner) knew his stuff.
Their workmanship is great, and their service is better; my vehicle left me for dead on my way to work one evening, I called Protech and Brad stayed late so the vehicle could be locked in their compound and not have tools thefted. Brad and his team were also very good at applying the right diagnostic procedures so overspending was avoided, and that right there is a huge part of being a top-tier shop.
They offer every service a dealer can...with none of the scams, the high rates, nor the incompetence.
My wreck goes to Protech!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great helpful crew. I've been turning wrenches and dealing with suppliers and repair shops for 3 decades now and in general, most repair /supply shops won't barely give you the time of day. These guys helped me with a starter cone I needed and have shared advice in the past as well. That is a HUGE indicator to me of who the good guys are. Because I value that time spent, I made sure to buy some treatment from them to also pay them back for that courtesy. Great shops stay busy and always remember to treat every person right, the same way they did when building their business, that's how they stay on top and expand. Keep it up guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star service! My hose blew off travelling on highway 1. I lost power and likely was able to make it there. When I got there I noticed there were very bud and there lot was full. One of the mechanics came out to help right away. He fixed everything and topped up my fluids.
Very professional and the price was fair
Highly recommend! Thanks Protech for the great service!
