All they know is how to overcharge you. I paid over $2400 just for getting coolant fitting fixed. They don’t bother about the customer service at all.
Got in a couple months ago for a broken coolant fitting. Took them over 10 hours to fix a fitting which my mechanic (Calgary) told me could be done in 3-4 hours. When i called in and talked to the service manager, i told him that they’ve overcharged me and it wasn’t that big of a job. His answer was that why didn’t you get it fixed from your mechanic in Calgary then(Great way of telling your customers how willing they are to help them when they are stuck on road). I called them a couple times again and tried to explain that it wasn’t a fare charge, the guy replied that he’ll see what he can do and will call me back. Still waiting for the call though.
After getting their hands on the truck for 6 hours and coming up with nothing, i tried to get my mechanic in touch with them to explain how to get the stuck broken fitting out, they bluntly refused to talk and asked my drivers to get out.
