D	Danny Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my work truck broke down and got stranded in a limited cell service area. I managed to get to a nearby place to get signal and called Mario’s towing. The dispatcher was helpful and was able to verify my location quickly. But what I liked the most about the experience was the tow truck driver-Mike. He was a super cool and helpful guy, he came pick me up quickly and we headed to pick up my broken truck. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable when getting the truck on the towing bed and gave us some insights about the damage of my car which was very helpful. He dropped the car of the dealer and even offered us a ride to our hotel. I would recommend Mike and this company to anyone. They are responsive than other competitors and very professional.

A	Amanda M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called for a tow truck and initially was told it would be 45-60 minutes for someone to arrive. I had asked if I was able to call and cancel it if I was able to change my flat which I was told yes. Unfortunately I didn’t have a spare with me. After an hour and a half of waiting I called back to check out how much longer the tow truck would be just to be told they were waiting for me to confirm back that I wanted someone dispatched to me which I was NOT told to do. I was assured that a driver was on standby in town and would arrive in around 20 minutes. After close to another hour of waiting I called back and I was finally told that if they are being honest with me a driver had gone home sick so they had been waiting on someone to clear to get me with no real estimate on time. I was told it should be hopefully only 15-20 more minutes and I would be called as soon as someone was dispatched to me. I decided I didn’t want to be jerked around anymore and I finally called a different company that showed up within 10 MINUTES of me calling.
