Said I don’t have receipt but can show on my phone on my card statement and can they send it off to manufacture.
They said yes. So I drive back to chase get them come back and they tell me no.
Woman in red plaid shirt. Must be manager. Was super rude. Told me I can’t have my drink in there ( but was okay when I was trying on boots for whole family and spent money)
Even employee asked for a break and she was rude too her too
Not a Nice lady and bad customer service.
Thank god it happened before family had picked up there shopping as we were able to leave before buying anything more.
Will use lammles exclusively from now on. And suggest and recommend anyone that’s looking for boots to go there instead.
I was okay getting nothing done with the warranty but it was the rude service from the manager that was the disappointing part.
Disappointing. As we go there every year for all the families boots. But will never be back
Also when asked the warranty. She said. It depends. 2 months 3months 6 months.
It’s upto the company.
Not the best answer there either.
Very disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the Horse Barn if I need supplies for my animals - or crafting - it’s an excellent go to place. Especially if you do leather work or have horses. I don’t wear cowboy boots but their selection is amazing.
Recently bought posts and wire to fence in a play area for my bunnies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so amazed with the HUGE selection of items available here! They have absolutely everything you need or could want for your horse. They have several bins filled with brushes, a whole room filled with halters, hackamores, lead ropes and quirts. Another great big room filled with clothes and boots. A beautiful display of Vintage saddles and another big area filled with saddles to purchase. I only managed to see about 1/4 of the store due to time constraints. I'm looking forward to going back when I have several hours to shop!
