About SHOP. at Spruce Meadows
Located in beautiful Calgary, Alberta, Spruce Meadows is located just South of the city and wholly owned by the Southern Family. SHOP. at Spruce Meadows has been a staple of the Riding Hall ever since construction was completed in 1975. Our goal has always been to offer high quality and classic riding essentials for you and your horse. We only carry products that are tried and true, and we use products from the SHOP. daily with our very own horses and Team Spruce Meadows.
Staff
Our manager, Lisa, is available to help you with all your shopping needs. Horses have been an extensive part of Lisa's life for 40 years, with over 25 of those years as a working professional in all English disciplines including as an athlete, groom, trainer, barn owner/manager, and equestrian educator. Immediately prior to joining the Spruce Meadows team, Lisa acted as a Devoucoux Technical Sales Representative for Western Canada.
Lisa is thrilled to help you with all your retail needs from riding attire, the newest innovations in tack or finding the perfect gift. Schedule an in-person shopping appointment via email or check out all the great products online.
Locations
During our outdoor tournament season, we have 2 locations to serve you on the grounds. When we're not running tournaments, our main location is in the beautiful Riding Hall in the very centre of the grounds.

The shop immediately emailed me and asked me with my options. I kept my order and they had said they’ll email me when my product is in.
A week later my product came in. And they shipped it too me. I was impressed with the customer service at this shop! They were very kind and didn’t forget about me like many other shops have.
It came about 2 weeks after Christmas and I was fine with that! Nothing like getting a gift a bit after Christmas! :)
Thank you Spruce Meadows! I will be ordering again for my daughter when she needs something!

The manufacturer came up with a solution that would have left me sending to Europe for repair. Kimberly replaced my helmet immediately and the shop, not the manufacturer absorbed the cost- I was so impressed with how she stood by me throughout the process! I would highly recommend the SHOP at Spruce Meadows- I would shop there again as they have great products and FANTASTIC customer service! Five Stars!!!
