★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had several big deliveries since moving to Kamloops this year and I'm so impressed with the customer service. They really go out of their way it seems and I appreciate that. Today was my first time visiting the warehouse and it was the same thing, great, fast service.... And the forklift driver was obviously very experienced, I can see how they stay on time with things!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company sat with our product for over a week. When arranged delivery they would only give you a six hour window, so be prepared to sit at home all day. Although we paid for threshold delivery (first dry space) they dumped the 500lb delivery barely onto the driveway and said they do curbside only. A heads up from the person arranging delivery that it will be dumped wherever would have been helpful. The guy did not appear to be experienced with driving in snow, could not back up the driveway. The equipment they had to move the product barely lifted it and they could not push or pull the product, so they left it and drive off. They mishandled the boxes and I will be surprised if it is not damaged. If I could give less stars I would.
