Just my opinion on experience and what we all go through in this day to day basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever, call centers have very little info, took them more than 30 days to get my bow flex from Langley to kamloops, it sat in transit for "23" days. Every time I called I got no further than "it's on a trailer" I've talked to other businesses that use them and it's all the same, took them 4 months to get a transmission from Ontario to it's destination in B.C, I definitely wouldn't use them if you want your item with any kind of rush on it.
