★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold me a brand new (Suzuki) bike that was leaking oil from the frame, but they did repair it. The manager is willing to lie I wouldn’t trust anything he says. Probably the worst shop in Kamloops, basically used car salesmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wont shop for my toys anywhere else. We bought our side by side from them last year got a great deal. They aren't pushy and inform you well. This year we bought something that was having a motor put in. It was important we had it by Christmas and even though they weren't sure it would be finished they came up with ideas that would work to have it here on Xmas morning. Phew! Had a deposit on a bike with another business nearby, who reassured us more than once that it would be ready for Christmas. They called 2 days ago to let us know it wouldn't be ready and weren't willing to do anything to help. Were left scrambling with 8 days to find one. And it was clear they didn't care. Hands down Rivercity is the best won't even look at others again. Not only that but they have went out of their way to make sure it's ready for us. You guys are awesome we appreciate the awesome service❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Headed home from a week long trip. Burned up my tire on the hot asphalt coming back. They had one sitting there. Changed it Sat morning while I was eating breakfast at the ma and pop restaurant across the highway. Great service, and friendly staff. Got me out of the bind I was in, and home safely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ended up purchasing 2 new offroad bikes from this company (1 for me, 1 for my wife). Corey was great to deal with and, we thought, very fair on our trade-in and the purchase price of the new bikes. They also gave us a fair discount on some gear we purchased with the bikes. It would have been ideal for them to spend a bit of time with us re: bike setup prior to delivery as we are both new to the offroad world, but that's a pretty minor nit-pick. Overall the store is fairly easy to access. It definitely caters to the offroad world far more than streetbikes, but that's the nature of the market in this area, I suspect.
