All Season Rental Adventures - Calgary

Charged me for damages I DID NOT DO. 1-lever 1- grip $137,15. I have a video to prove that the damages were already on the bike before I rented it. but Steve Casey owner will not give me a chance to meet him or to show him my video . TALKING ABOUT BAD SERVICE.

Rented 2 snowmobiles this week. Machines were good, comfortable and powerful but 5 of us never once (during the walk-about) heard it mentioned that they had to be filled with gas. (big emphasis was made on bringing them back empty) When you rent a car it is full of gas. ? Had to limit our activities and still both machines ran out of gas. Very disappointed.

Recently rented a bike from All Season Rentals and got amazing service. Christina, a high energy girl who runs the rentals was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

We went out with 13 people with bikes, quads, ATV's & had a gas. The staff were supper helpful & enjoyed the conversations while they loaded up the units. The owner was the most helpful guy while we loaded up & he has an infectious smile & gave us lots of tips, How many owners do that? We went to McLain Creek & spent the entire day there. I highly recommend this company for any units they rent. Make sure the owner is there when you rent, you won't regret it.

Update to an earlier review: I decided to flip the page and keep with me only the good time that I spent with my friends.  However, I'm just getting a reply to a review that I posted 2 months ago. That can give you an idea how it is their customer service and how fast they replied to your concerns. First of all, I only rented one of the 3 ATV that they mentioned. The one that I had to return dirty, because I got a flat tire in the middle of the mountain (without a spare tire) and it took us 4 hours to get the unit out. For that reason we were running late and didn't have time to clean it. Second, I called you  several times regarding a full detail and a bill of why I was being charged $550.08 (which you mean is bombarded you with calls and I believe is the right of a client). Every time that I called the employees couldn't tell me why I was being charged and they said that they will call me back when they get the bill. I was very patient and waited over a week without a called back. After that I sent an email requesting the same information. Again, I never had a reply back. Then I called again asking to speak with the manager, who only excuses the bad customer service that they have in their company saying that they were too busy. Third, I noticed that they charged us $130.00 for a change of tire when in their website said that the fee for tire change is $75.00 which I mentioned to the manager and his answered was that he doesn't know the prices that are on the website, which I think is very unprofessional. It is true  I told you that I was going to post a review about your service, because I was and I am unhappy with the way that you treat the concern of your clients. Moreover, that doesn't mean at all that I was not taking responsibility for the flat tire and the $50.00 fee that you charged us for washed the ATV. We are disappointed they had forgotten it is about customer service.

Just finished my beginner motorcycle course at the ripe old age of 57, wanted to get some practice days in before doing the road test. All Season has been the perfect place to de-mystify the process and help me get settled in the saddle. By the 3rd time I rented, everyone knew my name (like "Cheers' for those of you old enough to get the reference). Now that I passed, I'll be renting different models to help me figure out what's the best fit for me. Christina runs the rentals like they should be run: friendly, helpful, down-to-earth and resourceful. Thanks to the folks at All Season I've already been out on their bike into the mountains a couple of times - nothing like it!

The first week of August was our third time renting from All Season Motorsports. The first time was Skidoos in Feb 2021, the second were quads and a side by side in April 2021 and now in August we rented 3 dirt bikes. We have found this a terrific way for our family to try new adventures and not be committed to buying the expensive toys. In all three adventures All Seasons has been a pleasure to deal with but each had a little issue that we dealt with, not 100% seamless rental but we did not leave without resolving the issue. Kristina (Tina) has been terrific and made it simple to drive in, get our toys and drive away happy. Their equipment never failed to keep running like they should and bringing them back was quick and easy. We will definitely be back again soon for our next adventure

Amazing service. Christina and Tom were a complete pleasure to work with on our motorcycle rental. They went above and beyond to make this an amazing experience for us. We were coming out of town and they stayed back to accommodate us. We rented the Triumph and it was such a nice Bike!! Thank you so much! We highly recommend All Season Motorsports.
