I am so fortunate to have Sean Harrison and his team to work and restore my house. They turned my nightmare into a good experience. They replied my emails and sent me pictures on time, this released me lots of concerns. I am out of the country, total rely on contractors. Sean and his team are so trustworthy and they did this job to a high standard.

This company does not know how to deal with emergencies or damage correctly. Had one of their project managers come out to look at our project (insurance company sent them over not our choice) and the PM had declared it a clean water damage(category 1) whereas a category 3- this changes the type of work and what gets done drastically! He began to give advice to my mom which is incorrect and would cost her more should she have followed it. Extremely displeased with the experience and they are definitely not experts! Glad I kicked them off this job!

On the May 20th, 2017 long rainy weekend when I was away, I found out that one of my rental properties had a flood in the basement due to a defective sump-pump. The next day as soon as I got home I called my insurance company, to deal with this emergency, the basement floors were destroyed as well as some drywalls, the paint on my walls, all of the basebords, and my doors were all damaged from the flood, not to mention the stink in my basement. This was the first time I had to deal with this kind of emergency, over 25 years. My tenants living in the basement were also very upset, ( even though they had a tenant insurance ), many of their belongings were damaged and destroyed. The idea of dealing with any type of contractors always makes me cringe throughout the years since I had been a landlord. My insurance company gave me names of 5 Restoration companies, and I started calling them and also did my GOOGLE- search. I was very disappointed in the first 4 companies I called, they showed a very little interest in an emergency clean up on the long weekend and also had " not so good " ratings and many complaints in their Google sight. Finally I talked to Greg from Allstar, from the start, not only he showed a great deal of interest in helping me , within an hour, he was at my rental house to estimate the damage. During these unfortunate times for me , Greg not only made me and my tenants feel much calmer, with his positive attitude and his acute sense of detail, he also went beyond the call of duty by taking additional responsibilities like, providing my tenants boxes for moving their belongings, helping me with the required process, answering all of my questions patiently and the Allstar team members also made themselves available on demand to me and my tenants throughout the work that needed to be done. Allstar team exceeded my expectations in term of their professionalism, their quality of work on my property, and the amount of time they took to complete the work. After I contacted them, within a month, all of damaged drywalls, doors , floors, baseboards and painting has been restored beautifully to my satisfaction with a 3 years warranty. I love my brand new basement. If you are anything like me who does the research before employing a company, I highly recommend Allstar for all your restoration needs. Allstar team not only worked closely and efficiently with each other, also with my tenants to make sure that they were also happy with the timing and the end results of the all of the restorations and most importantly, they worked with me to insure that all of my at times changing demands have been met. I am a very satisfied customer, just signed-up 2 years lease with my tenants in these very difficult times of Calgary's rental economy. My apartment got ruined by water damage from a pipe burst, and the whole thing just became a very long and unbelievable nightmare. My insurance put me in touch with Allstar Restoration, and they were of tremendous help. They helped me with the packaging, removal and storage of my items. I had never dealt with a situation like this and it was only with their help that I got through the miserable situation I was in. In addition, they were responsive, patient, flexible, and quick in coming up with solutions! I’m so grateful to Greg and the rest of his team! A huge thanks to all of them!

Although we used All Star as a recommended business through our insurance company, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our hardwood replacement was handled with professionalism and all of the trades that came in and out were top notch. Ernesto and his team did a wonderful job, and went above and beyond. Couldn't be happier.

After our boiler was cleaned by an inexperienced plumber resulting in the house being filled with soot particulates everywhere, our insurance recommended Allstar Restoration to do the clean up. They were in our house nearly 2 weeks trying to rid our home of all the soot that had settled on all flat surfaces, upholstery and furniture. The cleaning staff were extremely professional, friendly and cheerful! They treated our home with respect and Jessica especially, was always enthusiastic and encouraging. The crew treated our precious items with such careful attention! Thank-you for your great service to us during a very stressful and trying time!

In the future, consider not blowing through yields and cutting people off in your company branded vehicle

I needed to get some ceiling patchwork done and a massive paint job, as well as a minor cabinet fix. The crew at All-Star did a stellar job. They were always on time and very professional at their work. Arthur kept us posted everyday of what was done and what needed to be done. Extremely organized. Thumbs up to Dave for doing an excellent paint job. Would highly recommend. A bit on the pricey side but it's well worth it.
