We structure our draw schedule by milestones, typically 6 draws of 15%, plus a government-stipulated 10% lien holdback to help you plan your financing, and take things one step further to guarantee your project’s timeline.

Rectangle helped reorient our main floor to make it a better use of space – focusing on where we spend our time (the kitchen!) and giving the overall look and feel of all three floors an update. They had creative solutions, listened to our preferences and helped to create an effective and efficient design. Rectangle came in on budget and on time. Any issues that we had during the process were managed through direct and fair communication. We were happy with the quality of the work and really love the end result.

We worked closely with Rectangle throughout the process and were impressed by how candid and straightforward our interactions with Shane and team were. Rectangle was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had, regardless of day or time. They hold themselves to a high standard for their clients, and we encountered this time and time again during the course of our build. Rectangle also came up with the design concept for our home, and we are very happy with their vision. Natural light is always streaming into our house, and the finishes are classic and will stand the test of time. Our space is modern and will adapt seamlessly with our family as it grows. We get endless compliments on our home when friends come to visit, and Rectangle gets all the credit for their hard work. Shane and team are very dedicated to their clients. They were enthusiastic about our project and took our 1898 house down to the studs, renovated it and did a second floor addition. We moved out of our house at the beginning of March and our renovation started promptly. Renovating during a pandemic had all the potential to be very stressful but it wasn’t at all. They were incredibly organized with everything and any issues that came up were dealt with immediately. Shane and Christine always had great solutions and suggestions with any descions that we had to make. The design that they came up with was perfect for our family and was executed even better than we had thought possible.
