★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend MDR for insurance repairs. We had a flood in our basement, and were having trouble with our insurance company confirming coverage of repairs. We called MDR and they helped us through the whole process. They were kind, courteous, and professional in listening to and understanding our needs and providing great solutions in our unique situation. Everyone we worked with at MDR including their flooring supplier (Millhouse Carpet Ltd) provided top notch service. In the end, our insurance company agreed to cover the majority of our repair costs (the detailed billing from MDR greatly helped). The whole process took a very long time because it was being dragged out by our insurance company. MDR helped us through the long process and were timely in their repairs. Their workmanship is also excellent, our basement looks better than before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used MDR several times. Had a sun tube that was leaking and they inspected for interior water damage and mould. They repaired the interior damage and exterior damage in a very timely manner.
The sun tube then required replacement and they also took care of this.
Very pleased with the service and professional manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My condo was recently flooded by the people upstairs, my condo was newly renovated and I was devastated as we have only been moved back for 3 months then the flood happened. MDR was great once the condo board finally figured out who they wanted to use for the contract. As soon as they were given the bid they contacted me right away to get my keys and give the scope of work. I met Jay Bicknell & Lenore Stone. They were very professional and super responsive. I was stressed out enough what was going on they answered all of my emails and calls. The work got started a few days after, they showed me options of new light fixtures and celling fans that were damaged and bought them right away. The repairs took a few days I was updated daily with repair status. The repairs are beautiful and super happy with how it looks and the house was super clean upon my return. Even though I wish this never happened I am super impressed with how MDR Jay & Lenore treated us and even had flowers waiting for me :).
I would 100% recommend this company, if you can ask for Jay and Lenore definitely do so!!! I hope this never happens again but very happy with my experience. Thank you for getting me back to my home as quick as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had Rob from MDR here to inspect our home for potential remediation after a mold test showed that we had some sort of mold problem. Rob spent an hour with my husband going through the whole house, explaining the inspection report and reassuring us that the issues weren't nearly as serious as we thought. We have clear directions on how to resolve the minor problems we have, and we weren't charged for Rob's expertise and advice.
What a pleasure to deal with a friendly, professional expert who provided really good info and advice. We're so grateful that we're not in for a costly remediation, but we'll keep MDR's details handy to refer others to them or if we should ever need their help in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MDR responded to a flood in my condo unit this summer. They were friendly and dealt with everything quickly. The big problem is, that my flood was clearly due to workers negligence by the company who was redoing the siding on my condo building. MDR did not properly document this fact for my condo board. Because of this, not only did my flooded unit not get fixed, I ended up having to pay the nearly 1400$ bill from MDR that was a result of someone else's negligence. I am extremely unhappy with how my case was handled.
