You don’t always hear the positive things in reviews and seeing as I have fantastic service Many times at this location. I figured that I would give a shout out to the staff in Kingston as well as Napanee! With the new location opened up in Kingston I was very unsure of how convenient it was really going to be as most of their parts are located in Napanee. I’ve been quite impressed that 7/10 times on going on to get something they have had it in stock and not only for newer machines but machines as old as 1991! Just before vacation my current sled was needing some clutch work completed and as everyone knows us Sled Heads want our sleds fixed quick. The team in Kingston Suggested that I go to the Napanee location and have some custom clutches put in my sled as Mike was the pro with clutch work. I was expecting them to say they were booked up and couldn’t get me in till next week. Not only did they get me in they also stayed open for me to get there in time so I did not have to travel with out my buddy’s. After getting to know the staff better Preston,, Sue, and of course Big Jeff and Dave I decided to inquire on a new sled. At first I was not sure that I would ever buy New but after many emails between Kingston and the the other dealers in the area. Jeff AKA....Big Jeff was very quick to reply to my emails and my concerns. Most people don’t order a new skidoo at the end of winter for the following year. Man it’s going to be a long Summer for me, as I purchased a new 2019 Skidoo 850 XRS! Jeff and Sue made this a very easy purchase for me and I would encourage anyone that is looking for a BRP or Can-am product to go in and see these folks. Randy S Second review: After owning my Sled for a year I figured that I would complete a follow up review to help others get some insight of Cartronics in Kingston. I wanted to express the great service that I have received from Dave and Venessa. Over the past few weeks I have needed some things done on my sled to ensure that I would be able to ride when the snow is here. I needed to have a minor recall completed, but like most people I wanted my down time to be minimal due to the short riding season. Dave was a pleasure to deal with and got everything completed in the time he quoted. This lead me to order some accessories from Venessa who actually knew my name and also provided me with amazing service. She is new to the dealership and is a great value to the Cartronics team in Kingston. On our last ride, the crew I ride with had nothing but great things to say about Dave and Venessa. we walked in, seen the seadoo, and went and got a bank draft right away...Jeff said it would be about 4 days, my husband said he needed it by tomorrow...lol...Jeff said he would take care of it and even though it was a Saturday Jeff and his guys were on it like hotcakes making sure it was ready to go. He gave us a quick tutorial on how to run it, and load it onto the trailer and we were set and ready to go in less than 2 days. Awesome

Very bright, clean showroom. Incredibly helpful staff - especially Jeff that sold us our Outlander. Was always ready to answer any questions and provide sound advice. Good products, and a wide range of choices for toys. 10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an ATV or other BRP products.

I have been dealing with the folks at Cartronics as has most of my family for over 30 years. Some of the best things about them? They are local, family owned and they know their stuff. Because they have that massive amount of experience, the parts and service they can provide after the sale is incredible, making them so much more than just a place to buy a new Ski Doo, Can Am atv or Sea Doo. (anyone can show a new unit and cash your cheque. What happens after that is what's important, in my opinion) My family has purchased approx. a dozen new sleds and ATV's from them. But we also have the old machines as well. ('77 TNT or 1980 Elan anyone?) So i't's nice to go in and get a fuel filter for your 2016, plus grab an idler wheel for your "old iron" and know they will understand your needs decades after that machine has left the showroom floor. Highly recommended for the sled, ATV or Sea Doo enthusiast who wants the straight goods. And yes, they have two locations...(Napanee and Kingston) I recommend them both.

I purchased my CanAm Ryker in July of 2020. Being new to riding the dealership was helpful with every step. They went above and beyond when I had an issue with an accessory fitting. I’ve returned to the dealership for all maintenance on my Ryker. Highly recommended Cartronics for BRP products.

Great service from the folks at Cartronics Kingston. Small issue with plugs on my 650 that wasn’t caught when it was in for service. Brought it back. No labour just cost of new plugs. Thanks for getting me back on track right before the snow flies!
