★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called ServiceMaster on Friday night after discovering the line to our main floor toilet had come off and been spraying water into our house and down into our basement for who knows how many hours. They had a team there in about an hour to start the emergency clean up and ripped out carpet and ceiling and took it all away that night. They were back the next week to take drywall and list our contents for insurance purposes. We have had a variety of the employees in our house to do different things and all of the interactions have been great - it's a friendly, professional team!
They've been so helpful in guiding us through an entirely unfamiliar process, from emergency clean up to reconstruction of our basement, and Shawn in particular has been so patient with our endless questions! Overall it has been a really positive experience - if you can ignore the whole basement destroying that lead them to be at our house! We will definitely use ServiceMaster again and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

Despite it being a Sunday morning the team came in and got to work very quickly helping to minimize the damage in my basement from a recent flood. The owner was very good at communicating next steps and kept me in the loop the entire way. If it weren't for these guys the damage would have been much much worse. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their services

They were very honest, thorough and informative. They were also very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster Kingston and Eric and him team.

They were so understanding and made a time of high stress go smoothly to ensure I was informed and comfortable with everything throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend!

After contacting the insurance company they handled getting everything back to normal from start to finish. We were so impressed with their crew...the nicest people and so diligent to details. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed someone to come out ASAP and give us opinion on some exterior fire damage, and even though it was a small job, Bridgette and her team took it seriously and helped us evaluate the situation in less than 24 hours. Turns out we need more of a contractor, but I appreciated their fast professional response and how much expertise they shared with us to help us even on a job that wasn't a great fit for them.

Everyone was so kind, courteous, organized, clean and respectful of the property and the scope of work. I was really touched by how proactively the Tradespeople paid attention to the little things too. Thank you for also restoring and re-affixing the bat house!
