Great communications and emails. Do yourself a favour and check out the competition because there is no comparison. We did and that is why we bought from them. Happy we did. Jack and Pam Feb 10th 2022 So here is an update I think everyone should know about and that would be service. We did in fact have service issues we had to have addressed. The new service team is above and beyond caring. The Manfacturer was no help. So the staff there,Thad, intervened on our behalf and got things done. Cassy was caring and understanding. Actually Thad took the time to explain and show me what the issues were. Can't get any better than that. Knowledgeable and friendly. If you are looking for a new trailer you need to go there first and you will get what we mean. Top notch team from sales and service. Jack and Pam

RVs Unlimited is now under new management and they have removed those who were unprofessional in their customer service skills. While we have not been back to speak or deal with anyone since we sold our trailer, I know the people who have been trusted to turn this dealership around and know that they deserve your support. I am confident that you will receive the service that you expect. We do as customers have the power to make change especially if someone is listening. Thank you ML Where do I begin. Our air conditioner doesn't work, our fridge doesn't work. Sent multiple emails but keep hearing "be patient". We purchased our 2nd new RV from this company almost a year ago. After multiple emails, the owner became aggressive and unprofessional. She keeps blaming "COViD" for their backlog, however COVID didn't stop them from selling trailers with broken parts. Once the sale is over your customer service is over... I would not recommend a company that treats good customers the way we have been treated... very disappointing ?

Excellent customer service and helpful advice was given as we were first time owners. The pricing was fair and there was no pressure placed on us to purchase. a	ali hassoun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try to replace my trailer wheel bearing and I never done it before so I went today to Rvs Unlimited on 685 Gardiners Rd, Kingston, ON K7M 3Y4 for just to ask them what tools I should use, but I found people work their very nice and so helpful and I never expect this Kind of severs , it was every excellent and helpful Add more I got from them free lesson how to replace the bearing with a very nice person and the only thing he said at the end "have a nice day sir "

I removed it from the unit and was able get it in immediately and Thad worked on it and had it up and running very quickly. The staff was very accessible and helpful. We thought we were going to have to take it in for repair but Kathy at the service center was able to help trouble shoot the problem and solve it over the phone. It saved us both money and the hassle of bringing our trailer in for repair. Highly recommend RVs Unlimited.
