★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a fridge over the phone in July, as we knew what model we wanted and were told 30 days, super helpful when taking the order not so much once they had the order, twice we had to chase down information in the 2 months they sat on our $1000 deposit, only to be told November, maybe. The 2nd time both of us were treated very disrespectfully by staff, they were dismissive and condescending.
It took 3 phone calls (and being hung up on for saying a bad word once - "crock of sh*t") to finally get our money back. Kayla was the worst, speaking so nonchalant and giggling and laughing, very unprofessional!
We went to Best Buy and had our fridge 10 days later, delivered into our home by professional courteous delivery staff.
This is the 3rd "local" business we have tried to support, but this encounter has permanently changed our thoughts on supporting local. Worst experience thus far!

No mess, no fuss, quick installation! Couldn’t have had a better service. Kudos to you Gord for running such a great business!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have purchased a dishwasher, fridge & a stackable washer / dryer, the whole process right from the start, which started with a phone call to inquire & make my purchase, followed by a smooth delivery & installation.
The only issue was the handle on the dryer had to be replaced, I tried to install the new handle however was unsuccessful so I called & Lindsay organized for a technician to stop in & install for me.
