★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it! Compared to Castle Fun Park in Abbotsford, it's small, but you have a great mix of games for both adults and kids. Prizes are priced a bit high but the selection is fun and there really is something for everyone. There are Crain games and candy machines if collecting tickets is NOT the only thing you are interested in. I didn't notice much of a snack bar but I wasn't looking to hard for one. Rounded out with bowling and bumper cars this place was super fun. 100% returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had our son's party at Fun Factor and they did such a great job! The staff were so helpful and organized which is appreciated when you have a group of sugar filled kiddos. They helped us to have a fun party that went so smoothly. They really think of everything so that the parents can enjoy the party too! We had a wonderful time and will be sure to book again for next year. Kudos to all of the staff for doing such a great job. We appreciate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the kids birthday there. It was awesome! I'm believe the fella that helped name was Jeremy (sorry if I got it wrong). He was amazing! It was more than expected, and all the kids had a fabulous time. They have decided they would like to do it again next year. ❤️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are new to Thompson Okanagan, and we are so proud to say that this years birthday party for our son was phenomenal! Biggest hit of all his parties ( he’s had some pretty good ones!) Thank you to Megan who facilitated our group! She was helpful and kind with great leadership for the children. Everything went smooth. This was the first year I did not have to stress!! Thanks again! We are coming back today because my son loved it so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for the first time for my daughters birthday, just her and her two siblings. Wasn't really sure what to expect with the new covid protocols. But the staff were phenomenal, I saw them cleaning regularly, high energy and took the time to explain how the attractions and games work. Lots of fun, everyone had such a great time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Lots of fun games and the kids could have easily spent all day here. Very fun environment, just go in with the understanding that you are paying for carnival style gamed in an indoor setting. Fun Factor is a clean, safe place that you could very easily spend the whole day at. Prices are reasonable and the kids had a blast! We shall return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really a fun place to spend an hour or more. It's not too expensive for the fun you can havr and really a good place to hangout with group of 4+ people. Had fun with basketball game and air hockey. Light speed game was fun too. Pacman was really good for the group to play together. Hit to reach good points game is something which nobody wins. Throw ball on clown was relatively easy but not so easy to beat the best score.
