★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good service. Rented a trencher which ended up breaking down. I called and they sent a repair man right then to see if he could fix it (he couldn't). He loaded up the trencher and returned it and gave me a deal on another trencher to use. The equipment malfunction was out of their control and I was really impressed with their customer service. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great rates and great staff. I needed a carpet kicker for a project in the house and 1/4" crown stapler to finish off my shed after my dad left back home and they had both at good rates. I didn't have any staples and needed about 20 to finish off the trim under the gables, so instead of just selling me a whole box the guy dug in his tool box and gave me a strip of staples of his own. Don't think you'll find that at many of the other shops.
