★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Customer Service from these guys every time! BigSteelBox Kamloops had a broken machine and needed help. Felix showed up 4 hours later and stayed until he got our machine running. He also gave his cell number and took care of us knowing without a machine we couldn't do our job. Great Job Felix and the Kamloops crew, much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year we stopped at Westerra Equipment, Kamloops BC, in with their equipment I saw a "Compact Tractor", Mackenzie Muir the Westerra Salesman was very helpful and answered all our questions about it. Since then we have looked at many similar tractors, we decided to buy the Bobcat CT1021H Tractor, Mackenzie was so helpful and did not try and pressure us to a decision, that and the quality of the Tractor and availability of attachments for it made the decision easy. We have had it 2 months and it is a great tractor for our small property. Thank You Mackenzie and Westerra for your help.
