DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST THE GEEK SQUAD WIRELESS PROTECTION PLAN. This store will sell you a fantasy version of the plan where your phone is replaced hassle free. However, in reality you will ship your phone out for repair and then receive your exact same phone with a $1.50 screen protector slapped on the front and the same issues you sent it in for. There is ZERO transparency, you cannot request a copy of the repair notes or even a list of what was done to your phone. You MIGHT luck out and they will send you someone else's broken phone in exchange! Either way it is a massive waste of money and the sales practices used to sell them would put snake oil salesmen to shame.

Bought a computer here. They decided they should charge more money for the computer so Bestbuy cancelled my order before I could pick it up. Total crooks. At least they gave me my money back. Gladly go somewhere else like Costco or London Drugs or my local Computer store.

Tried to order multiple items online only to have them cancelled. When we are finally able to order something the messed up the address and can’t get the delivery company to delivery! Customer service is horrible and not helpful, delivery company also horrible and unhelpful. I have updated the address multiple times and I have no idea when or if the package is coming. I will honestly never order anything else from Best Buy again. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I ordered a $500 monitor from this Best Buy location. They charged me an additional $500 two days later and won't give me my money back. They literally stole from me and all they can offer is a "Sorry, we'll give it back to you eventually, but we don't know when." I got an NSF fee from my bank on a student loan payment today because of this, and also cannot buy groceries. Absolutely insane behavior. They robbed my bank account of $500 and have no way to return the money. What a failing of a corporate structure. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

Medically exempt from wearing a mask plus 7 months pregnant. Went to geek squad today and was told I'm not allowed to walk around the store. Completely appalled by the level of discrimination held at this store. Been a customer for 6 years and do my entire families (of 4) business for cellphone here. This experience has inspired me to use another store. I will be cancelling my geek squad as well.

Amazing selection, clean and comfortable atmosphere, the electronic staff are attentive towards customers unlike London Drugs electronic section employees. No games sold as new with opened cases. Cheap prices as well, GameStop is selling FF 7 Remake for 89.00$!! found it here for 39.90$, definitely my favorite new store!

let me preface this with I'm disabled. 1st I never got an email saying my item was ready for pickup the status page did so I had to check in by text which was fine. I checked in and confirmed my vehicle like the app asks. 15 minutes goes by no item. I use their chat service because my speech is not great and give them all the information they asked for and stated I'm disabled. I didn't get a response. I reloaded the chat and told them the same thing again and we are going on 25 minutes. Same thing. I called the number and was told to go in. I was "I am not prepared to go in, I don't have my cane, walker or wheelchair with me as I didn't think I would need to go in" long story short I only waited 35-45 minutes before they came out. I was fine waiting but the experience was beyond horrible. I used the option for curbside pickup so I don't have to have conversations like this because my speech is so bad and my mobility/balance is not good and I was by myself this time. Normally I'd have someone with me but I should not have needed someone.
