★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general the staff is nice but very unreliable; if you preorder online, they never call or communicate in any way once it arrives but blame you for not picking it up on time. The manager does not take his job seriously, makes up rules, gives false information and basically never helps whenever a customer has a question wether it be about current or upcoming products or just in general when help or information is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got a brand new controller from gamestop in kamloops by Walmart. They didnt have the sony brand for Playstation instead hsd the gamestop brand. First try i loaded up warzone and the left trigger cant hold aim down sight for more than a second. Complete garbage for any type of gaming. Went there today and wouldnt give a refund with out the cardbord box it was in. They had absolutely everything els. Very disappointed as indrove from salmon arm As it's the only place to get one unless I went to kelowna. I really miss eb games no wonder your closing down everywhere .
