★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, we do not recommend choosing Sleep Country Canada. First, the mattress we received felt completely different (much firmer & much less comfortable) than the model we tested out and purchased in the showroom. We were quoted $60 for delivery, but then charged $160 for delivery. Then we wanted to exchange it, had to pay an additional $160 for the exchange delivery, and the delivery driver kept standing us up...we kept pulling apart our bed so it was ready for the exchange pick-up, only to have the delivery drivers not show up or call last minute to reschedule. So we had to put together our bed each night & remake it...this happened three times. How frustrating! We also purchased a weighted blanket that we didn't like, and it was a terrible process to return it...we waiting for over 4 weeks and only received our return $ back after several complaints and asking for our situation to be elevated to the management. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headaches!

She's wonderful at answering any questions or concerns you may have and goes out of her way to help choose exactly the right bed, pillow, duvet or whatever it is you're looking for. I highly recommend this store and her specifically to anyone who's looking for anything bed related. Thanks for all your help Lisa!

Very happy so far with our Simba mattress. they even exchanged our mattress protector when the Maleuf product we bought didn't work for us. The delivery crew was also wonderful. All around, a good shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the Chelsea headboard and platform base. The delivery guys were excellent, friendly, professional. They set it up for me, and were very careful with my walls while moving it in.
We are still waiting for a warranty isssue before we get a new mattress. We really need a new mattress ASAP as we currently having a very difficult sleep on the one we have. Still waiting for information on that.
The Chelsea headboard is gorgeous?, and the platform base is incredibly sturdy.

I was guided through all the choices and felt confident to make my own choice. He also presented all the additional savings & coupons that would be applied to the purchase, and gift cards that I could also use. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiance and I went to a couple of other places before going to Sleep Country. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Lynn and she was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. She showed us several options and was able to give us some deals and suggest ways to keep the price down while still giving us quality items that would suit our needs. She was very patient with any questions we had and explained things clearly so we could make the best decision. The whole process was easy and enjoyable thanks to Lynn!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY helpful staff. I wish I had noted names, but the lady who helped us select the perfect mattress for my handicapped husband was terrific. Prices were great, seriously. We were very worried we'd have to buy a used mattress (yucko!) but we found a great one to fit our budget.
Now we just need to pick it up!
