K	Kevin Furman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this place just around noon today. I was inquiring if they resize watches, which they do. I did not get my watch from that store or any jewelry store in Kamloops. The nearest carrier of the brand I have is in Langley. I got my watch online and still saved over half the retail value even if it was shipped out of the United States. The reason I gave a 5 star was the service was very quick as it may have took 5 minutes to get my watch resized as it is a steel bracelet. Then I asked the young lady who worked at the location what the service would cost. Usually resizing the bracelet on a watch is about $20-$25 at most locations. She said it was on us today, which was very nice. I felt the best way to repay was posting a five star review of that service I got. My first time in the store they had a lot of staff and a well laid out display of assorted jewelry like rings and necklaces. If that is something I may buy another time for another person or perhaps myself, I will strongly consider this store!
C	Crystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa sized my fiancé's ring incorrectly and when they came in they were way too big. Both she and the owner seem to feel that this was our fault. We were unable to return them, because ordering it in the correct size was a "special order" even thought at no time were we told that. It was written on the receipt we were given after we paid. Although the return policy on the website clearly states unworn items can be returned within 10 days we were refused a refund. They finally agreed to exchange them for smaller sizes. I'm extremely disappointed that they would take no responsibility for their mistakes, and had no interest in making this right for us.

My fiancée was in touch with him while looking for an engagement ring. Rich was so helpful, knowledgable, and overall so incredible to deal with for one of the biggest decisions of someones life. We live in Calgary Alberta and it was a very easy process for them to arrange everything. I absolutely love my ring! We will be purchasing our wedding bands here and will continue to support Fifth Avenue Jewellers :)

She actually likes the new one better, and they were able to get it resized that day. Highly recommend Fifth Avenue.

The band was resized and built up and the claws were all checked and I was given very helpful advice as to the future maintanence of this very cherished ring. The personal, and always professional service was much quicker than I had expected and the pricing was fantastic...Thank you Fifth Avenue Jewellers!

I trusted them with my great great grandmother's diamond ring and the in house jeweler did an excellent and perfectly flawless job, it is now my wife's wedding ring. I have had bad experiences with jewelers in kamloops and fifth Avenue exceeded my expectations. Great job
