★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review would be a lot higher if the store carried sizes 3X. It is sold online so it makes no sense why it isn’t in store. You have other plus sizes and wouldn’t not offer smaller sizes “because they’re offered and can be found online”. Staff were kind and helpful. I just think if your brand is going to offer multiple sizes that you should actually stock it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales were what drew us in, some nice dress clothes here, staff is very nice, however the music is too loud in this store... it felt like a relief to step back outside afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely experience in the store on Saturday. The ladies were very helpful. The change rooms were clean and sanitized in between customers. A good selection of styles in a variety of sizes, with good sales. I will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm from the rural area, I purchased a pair of jeans from Reitmans in Kamloops BC I went back to return it to get a smaller size. They wouldn't take it back because I missed the grace period of 1 month to return the product even if I never used it plus the tags were still on there and It doesn't say anything about 1 month grace period on the receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off the local number for this store doesn’t work, so you cannot call ahead to check stock, confirm hours or discuss returns. Secondly the return policy is so restrictive there doesn’t seem to be a point to buying anything from them! If you accidentally take a tag off? Screwed. In no uncertain terms are they willing to help me out in a size exchange. Go figure! Last time I’ll -ever- be giving them my business. That also has to be the smallest 2x size I have ever tried. Do better Reitmans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by for the mid-season sales yesterday, browsed a little and made a small purchase. Returned today with another coupon to make some larger purchases and the lady was excellent. Friendly, not pushy, left me to browse, try things on, ruminate on the items at hand. She patiently and knowledgeably answered a few questions I had. The store was well stocked with clothing options in pleasant colours and a variety of sizing. Overall an excellent experience.
