Literally will never be back. They really need to figure out their incorrectly displayed pricing and how to provide basic customer service. Totally disappointing experience to be treated rudely for incorrect pricing on their part.

I was not happy with my experience on July 18, 2021. I double checked online for a specific item I wanted to purchase (Green gaming chair). Online inventory showed that there were 3 available in this color in this store. I then went to the store to purchase the item and the worker said he couldn't find it (only looking on his phone and the 2 bottom shelves) and suggested I get a different one however on our way to the checkout, I saw the exact chair I wanted on the top shelf. The worker called another guy to get the forklift as it was on the top shelf. The guy on the forklift said he needed a stick to reach the box, both workers insisted that this 'stick' was very important to get the item and told me that another worker misplaced the stick and they would have to get in touch with him to ask about the 'stick', which they said wouldn't happen that day. They kept insisting that they couldn't reach it and to buy a different one. The guy on the forklift made no effort to even try to reach the box, he literally just looked at it, and the first guy made no effort to look for the item I wanted to purchase. I honestly don't understand why they didn't want to sell me that green chair or why they didn't even want to look for the other 2 green chairs that were supposed to be available according to online inventory. I don't know if it was a racial thing, as I am Indigenous, but I was not happy with the customer service so I left, if I am going to be treated that way, then they did not deserve my hard earned money. My husband and I go to work everyday to provide for our children and this was supposed to be a birthday gift for our son that we were excited about. Nothing against Staples, but this store has bad customer service in my opinion.

The staff is not helpful or understanding. I've gone to and had great customer service from Staples branches all over Canada but the one in Kamloops BC gives Staples a bad reputation. The staff needs better training especially in Customer Service.

Unreliable copy and print centre. Just had an argument with the woman who processes the orders for the copy and print centre. She ended up realizing she was wrong, didn't even apologize, and transferred me to the manager for a refund. One of the highlights of the conversation: The order was made on Dec 4, I got charged for same day processing, and she called me on the 9th and I said that it wasn't printed on the same day so I should be refunded for that (amongst other things). She proudly said, "No, I just printed it right now. It's printed." What does that have to do with what I just said? Is Dec 4 the same day as Dec 9? Amongst other issues, she deleted my print order by accident.

My wife went here to pick out an item I asked her to grab. She asked a worker who told her that the shelf was empty so they didn't have it. My wife stated that they were showing 24 in stock and asked if she could check. Her question was met with attitude and made her feel unwelcome and belittled after the worker was rude and condescending to her. I decided to check for an alternative myself on the way home from work. To my surprise, the shelf was fully stocked with the exact product I requested in the same location my wife and the worker checked. The worker must have immediately stocked the shelf as I was at the store within an hour of my wife.

Waited at the Online Pickup desk for 20 minutes with no help, ended up having to leave without my order. The store was not busy and there were at least 3 employees standing around nearby. When asking for help, they stated they had called someone. Apparently no one is trained to do this besides one person (who was apparently on a break)? That's ridiculous. Update: Went back in to once again try and pick up my order. Let me just reiterate how useless the employees are. I'm standing at the online pick-up counter, once again surrounded by employees doing nothing. There's literally one working AT the counter and completely ignores me for a few minutes until I have to ask to be helped. I have worked my fair share of retail and I understand it's not the most desirable job. However, I would NEVER just stand around and blatantly ignore a customer. This location is an absolute disgrace.

Great store, great staff and competitive prices. The best place to get high quality pens and stationary equipment. Also a very good place to get printing and laminating done.

horrible customer service! purchased a 1500$ laptop online, a few days later the order was cancelled, a refund was not instantly given and no one contacted me. i contacted the customer service desk and they were very rude. i had to wait a week for my refund. never ever going back.
