★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give a zero rating if I could. Terrible experience. Purchased a suit for my son's grad, was told it was buy one get one free. Paid the full amount up front thinking I purchased two suits as promised. The next day got a call to come back to the store as one of the suits we picked was not offered in the special. When we arrived at the store, still thinking I bought two suits, the manager spoke to us and said we in fact did not qualify for the buy one get one free and said I would need to pay an extra $380 for the second suit after paying $700 the day before. So I cancelled the order as they did not keep their original promise at time of purchase. And of course.....delay in receiving my money back. Will not waste my time returning or reommending this store. Glad we purchsed a suit elsewhere for half the price.
The floor staff were very nice. Clearly the manager is not trained in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually, we were surprised. We don't usually shop in stores like this because of the impression of them being higher priced. But Moores had good selection, excellent service and really good prices! We'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Kamloops for a 3 day convention and forgot dress shirts. We popped in and were greeted very quickly by Robert. We explained our dilemma and he told us about the current shirt sale, took measurements to be sure of size and showed us the selection of correct size. When we were paying we mentioned we had coupons at home, he checked the system and said that we could use them for the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wandered around and was prepared to buy most expensive suit on the rack but got no customer service, maybe I wasn't dressed to their standard of usual customer because it seemed like they were too busy on their phones and gave me strange looks. Well their loss is going to be some other tailors business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was good nice customer service. The reason for the 2 stars tho was the tailoring was atrocious. I know the sales rep was going to fix my jacket and bring my pants in. But I got home and neither of things were done. Extremely disappointed that I paid for tailoring and only got a half job. Other then that great deals and great service just have your suits tailored somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Jacki help us. We came without booking an appointment and they were able to squeeze us in. My daughter was looking to get a tux to wear for her grad instead of a prom dress. Jacki was very helpful and attentive. Even though we didn’t end up purchasing the tux at their store their customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jacki for making it a great experience for my daughter. Greatly appreciate it :-)
