★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff but the guy at the cashier after we baught almost 350$ of clothes was giving us a hard time for an EXTRA ONE BAG! And he was firm it's the rules
We had too many things and some as gifts so I wanna give them in a nice bag
He was firm
Then only when I asked him refund he was so cute and nice and asked me twice to take an extra bag
Was that hassle needed!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tommy Hilfiger store is the best store within the the outlets in this outdoor mall. The Tommy store has the most amazing customer service. Be sure to say hi to the store manager as the store manager is beyond amazing and knows the products and is always so willing to help in any way possible along with the other staff. Be sure to stop in you will be glad you did along with good sales and friendly staff.

We went to this location not too long ago and were not overly impressed. If not for managers, we probly wouldn't have bought anything. Part time staff very unhelpful. Two workers in men's and not one of them willing to help me find pants. There was a tall woman with curly hair who made us feel unimportant. Would rather talk to her friend about lawsuit drama and her 3 jobs. How she has even 1 is mystery to me. And another gentleman in back of men's kept walking opposite direction of us. If it want for the bearded gentleman (can't remember his name. Brown hair?), we probably would've never found my size.
My wife had better time in women but still part time employee avoiding us. First we try to get help from blonde women with glasses in front of store. She seemed annoyed with us turning her back to us so we look elsewhere. We ended up getting help from managers (Melanie and Michelle were their names I think). They were amazing! Managed to save us from making the trip for nothing.
While we did end up getting good service, nobody should have to be ignored so many times. These part timers are gonna have rude awakening in the real world. Would only recommend this store if you're comfortable seeking management. Otherwise, stay away!!

Jus a word of advice...Please go to this store only if you are purchasing an item... I was waiting for my friend to finish her purchase about 100 Cad but one of the associates came and asked me to wait out... I felt bad for these type of customer service... I am a front line employee who served thousand customers in a retail store which has 50% less reputation than brand like tommy where we never did something like this.... Returned sad visiting this store.. one of my friends also complained the same about this store :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday and today l went to Tommy Hilfiger in Kingston, Ontario as l needed to make some changes of some clothes that l bought last week. Both times, l was attended by Leslie, who is the store manager. Leslie was wonderful as she solved all my problems and kept a very positive and professional attitude.
She was also training new staff and greeting customers entering the store. Leslie had the ability to handle multiple things at the same time.
People like her make the shopping experience more enjoyable.
Thank you Leslie for your authentic, helpful and professional customer service!

Manager with short hair! I adore her! She is sales driven although respectfully! Not pushy or judgy!
Whether your spending 10$ or 300$ this Manager gives you the same respect! She treats every customer as if they are million dollar customers!
This is my mothers & my favorite store! So were in often :)
I have never had a bad experience here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this location is absolutely fantastic. I had tons of help from Zach and Sarah. They answered any questions I had about the product without hesitation and made my shopping experience exponentially easier. Things have been hard during Covid 19 for everyone but these folks really know how to provide a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. Side note the prices are out of this world!

They even talked to me even though the color of my skin is not white. They even let me try a shirt before I buy wow I love the customer service. Would love to go back again.
