★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this location because it's close to our home and the service is friendly. The only thing is that they never serve my husband his Score Blazer the way he wants it: crunchy and not too blazed. So we end up leaving unsatisfied with our Ice Cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru is always quick and easy, have never received fries that weren't steaming hot, which I find is a rare plus at most fast food joints. I'm salty the $7 meal deal jumped to $8 though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling the Dalton Ave location 5 times and no answer. They got my order wrong today. Nobody ever answers at this location and they don't have a voicemail so I can never get a hold of anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a huge fan of the DQ chicken strip basket but this location was disappointing. I stopped at this location on a road trip. The chicken strips were tiny, the fries were hard and overcooked, and the gravy was only filled to about 1/3 of the container.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the blackpepper corn burgers or something like that? it was sour ,like really sour, I'm pretty sure the ranch had gone bad. I actually got sick from it. I didn't even finish the burger. When I went to tell them. They said they would look into it. I was expecting maybe some kind of store credit or maybe like a free burger or I don't know, some kind compensation. I usually would go there and you know pretty satisfied but this has me questioning my whole experience there. What else has gone bad?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the walk window at 7:40pm today.
I ringed the bell several times to see 4 employees standing directly in front of me wiping counters.
Not one of them answered the window with only one car in the drive thru after 10 minutes of waiting..
Very disappointed as I am staying at a nearby hotel tonight and wanted diner and a DQ snack. Owner should be ashamed of his employees this evening.
Another individual had the same problem directly after me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gone to this location a few times, never had any issues. It can sometimes have a lineup in the awkward drive thru but I’ve never had a wrong order. Sometimes the chicken strips are smaller than usual but I suppose there’s not much they can do about that. The burgers are always awesome.
