But I ordered a supper pizza sub, with little onions with pizza sauce and sauce on side. No slices cheese available so shredded cheese from shoppers, stale no flavor. I think this is my last support. Ots not cheap to get shredded cheese, how do I know it was double cheese. Not happy ? notice all replies are the same. Generated apologies

Well done Mr. Sub team! The owner is very fortunate to have good hard workers like you. This will be my go-to place for Mr. Sub.

Simple mistake I know. 3 stars. Edit: Received a generic response with an invitation to provide feedback through private correspondence. They want my recommendation on how they can improve my customer experience. I'll provide it here. Give the customer what they order and pay for. If you neglect to do that, compensate them afterward. Hope that helps. Changing my rating to 2 stars.

I am not sure what is the discerning feature between this and the other big name in sandwiches.. The breads are the same, they have the same types of sandwiches, same trio choices. They did have mushrooms and green olives. Underwhelmed in my choice, grilled Louisiana chicken. Not a lot of taste, can't taste Louisiana. Similar to other options, not worth the detour.

Yesterday we went for our order but didn't saw him usually that young guy is always working but i hope he is still there . you guys always have the best taste with fresh subs. we'll see you guys soon keep up the good work love your subs.
