★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a ton of different options for unique jewelry and they have sales and deals all the time. The customer service is very good, and the employees are quite knowledgeable about piercings. The only reason I haven't rated five stars is because it is usually quite expensive even for one piece of jewelry, so I would recommend you buy when there's a sale (their Friday the 13th sales are awesome)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been buying my nose rings there for years. Recently we met a lovely staff member named Hennessy who has left quite the impression on my son! My son is 8, autistic, and has social anxiety. She has made him feel so welcome and loved that we have to stop in to see her every time we are at the mall. He has a really hard time meeting people and making friends but she’s really broken him out of his shell. It speaks volumes to me that he likes her so much. She remembers his name and interests and let’s him know when she’s in so we can see her again. I will keep going back there for my piercings and anything else just for her! She is so wonderful and I am grateful for the small relationship she’s built with my kiddo.
