★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandson got a Havoc scooter from these guys for Christmas last year. A few weeks ago while riding it ( I think he was doing a tail whip?) the front tire assembly snapped off from the frame. We took it back to them expecting them to honor a warranty claim on it and fix it. They did not repair the scooter (it was repairable), they replaced it for him instead. The staff were great to deal with and the kids happy. Good on them for looking after their customer, that's how you ensure repeat business..

All the staff in the store were so friendly and helpful and the 3 guys that work in the bike repair... helped a ton to get my bike going.. they are incredible!!! Highly recommend this store, and they will always get my business for any sport related purchases!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is terrible here. My son bought a bike and after he paid nearly $900 in cash, they had to tune it up and then told him there was some bolts missing.
They kept saying for 2 weeks that the bolts were on order. We found some bolts for it in less than five minutes elsewhere. No one answers the phone and you get 3 choices of who you would like to talk to and then it hangs up on you. That's nice!
We have been demanding that he get his money back and still no response.
NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys know their gear! It's the only place I buy hockey and lacrosse equipment. Unlike big box stores, they specialize in certain things and do an bang-up job with them. Service is always friendly and helpful, and they always seem to have what I need (to buy for my boys). Okotoks is lucky to have Classic Source for Sports!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here is top notch. Have been in for hockey gear (skates, sticks, equipment), team apparel, golf, scooters and bikes and always get an honest answer and feedback. Recently phoned in a parts order for a bike repair, I didn't have the tool I needed to finish the install. Brandon in the service department took a few minutes to get me back out the door. Way better here then a big box store.
