But this place is very reasonably priced, great food options from breakfast, to lunch, dinner, and dessert! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Great location, great owner, and fantastic tasty food! What more can you ask for

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using this chain for a long time now, and I've noticed that the products are definitely going down hill, slowly but surely, but my main reason for writing this review is for this particular store. The manager is unhelpful and rude enough to make me drive into Calgary to use alternative stores, terrible customer service in the Okotoks store. The store certainly isn't cleaned very often, and when Ive asked questions about the products the staff knowledge is poor, and unfortunately the manager may be the least informed. Good luck if you have to return anything to, thats a marathon stretch of annoyance to. Short review..... Use any other store in this franchise, this place is the worst.

And thank you for those who took to the time to write a review here. While I appreciate the positive feedback, I find the negative reviews deeply disturbing, particularly because the complaints are aimed directly at me. I agree, there is absolutely no excuse for poor customer service. We always do our best and 99.9% of the time, we succeed. On the rare occasion, we fall a bit short. I will admit, the challenges of running a business and the long hours can take it's toll, and sadly, a few customers have noticed. For that, I'm truly sorry. For the sake of accountability, I have taken steps to avoid happening in the future. For those customers that had a negative experience at my store, all I can ask is to please forgive us and allow us make it right! If you come into my store, please let me know you wrote a Google review, and I will offer you a 15% discount on your next purchase. Thanks to everyone who supports our locally owned business. My family and I greatly appreciate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in the store today and asked if the flyer prices were still valid, not realizing that the flyer just came out. Got a bit of attitude from the manager who just came across as rude and demeaning. Although he made an attempt to be more polite after, I made my purchase and left a little disheartened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first visit to the store and we were pleasantly surprised. An interesting and varied selection of food. Polite and friendly member of staff signed us up for membership gaining an instant discount on part of our purchase. We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is quite good but the service is terrible. The person who helped me yesterday was flat-out rude. He kept his back to me the whole time I was in the store, when I asked if a sold-out item was good his answer was "Well clearly". This is the second time I've experienced bad service here. I won't be back.
