S	Silver sage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. I booked online and took a cab from hotel and they say there are no cars... wdf? Apparently there booking system does not work vs inventory. So I said when will one be available. Thru say oh when one comes in but no time. I say can you call the airport and see if they have anything, um no its a separate entity. You would think they make a quick call, nope they just don't care. So I asked if they had coffee whole I wait, nope. I rented from another place in 2 mins, they picked me up and treated me awesome. Avoid this place if you are on any kinda of schedule as when I said I have appointments to keep, they just didn't care.

Reserved a car, confirmed it the night before but then while waiting at the airport for my flight from Calgary to Kamloops to leave I get a call from Abby at the enterprise Kamloops airport location telling me they don’t have a vehicle for me. He then hung up on me while trying to find out what choices I have since I needed a vehicle. Left me scrambling and paying double the price with budget on a heavy duty truck I don’t need for $360 plus tax. Stay away from Enterprise

R	Rick Larose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental place in town. If you are forced to use them make sure you take extremely detailed photos of the car before and after you receive the car. When returning the car make sure you stay for the walk around and get it approved that you didn't damage it before you leave. Horrible service and very unorganized. Edit: still like this. I frequent this business often due to work. Half the time I'm in there a "satisfied" customer is refuting charges.

Due to flight delay, I couldn’t pickup the car until the next morning, and I was told specifically by the CS that my reservation will be held for 24hrs. Tried to call this location many times without successful, so had to walk 15mins in -25 degree to get to the location, and told no car for me.
s	sonali Arora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are so terrible that I could give them a zero. They do not follow covid 19 protocols of cleaning their cars. They also lie to the customers. I accidentally left my expensive pair of sunglasses and called them to secure it right after I returned the car. The staff told me that they will keep them secured. I went to grab my sunglasses and they told me they don’t have it. They first lied to me that they do have my sunglasses secured and then they denied with “We are very sorry, we don’t have sunglasses”. I went to check the car, their cars are so dirty. They never follow covid protocols. Stay away from these SCAMMERS.

I was called the night before letting me know, and they didn't have a vehicle available for three days and after I called twice daily on the final day. Beyond that, a good vehicle and service.
