Astonishing how a business can run the way this place does. I got in an accident. Enterprise called for a tow. Tow came and took my car keys per enterprise request but could not recover the car due to dangerous location. I got a ride into town. Came to pick up my replacement car at this enterprise per the person on the phone a car would be waiting for me. Enterprise lost the crashed car and the dude behind the counter said he hasn't come across this situation and couldn't help me. He needed to physically see my car even though it was still 100 miles away in a 30' ditch, covered in snow, off the side of a Canadian roadway which was closed due to weather. He didn't offer any suggestions and I spent the next 3 hours on my phone doing his job figuring out a way to get me another car. The ball was dropped several times on enterprise's end even surprised the nice lady on the phone who was trying to figure out what to do in this situation. This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth I will never use this company again. I spent over 5 hours stuck dealing with a problem that was not mine to deal with.

I was very dissatisfied with how they were. They never expressed with me that they needed additional money for the car rental and I was as hoping I could pay with debit and they said no. It not that I didnt have the money. I just didnt have it on my credit card. If I had known then I could have made sure I had the room.it was not proper communication and I was stranded without a car for 7 hrs and wasnt able to get things done that I had planned. I do not recommend them.

Enterprise at the Kamloops Airport........horrible. First I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to show up, then she does not apologize,( yes, I had a pick up time) She does not even say Hi can I help you. She wanted me to sign a paper confirming the car I was getting, I said I don't even know what you are giving me! Then I said don't we walk around to look for damage? She says no it's fine, I looked already, take pictures if you see any damage. Doesn't offer me the option to pay up front for a tank of gas, or ask if I want insurance nothing........and then is like well do you know where the parking lot is, your car is out there..............I was dropping the car off in Winnipeg at the airport. Complete night and day for customer service. Enterprise at Winnipeg Airport A+. Enterprise is my go to BUT NEVER AGAIN at this location. ( In Kamloops go to Budget)

This was THE worst car rental experience ever. I rented a car after an accident in November 2018 and specifically asked for full insurance coverage and was told that I should not get it because the deductible would be higher. When I asked how that would be possible (that I thought getting additional insurance ensured I would not have ANY deductible) - the associate was unable to explain it to me, other than to insist that it was very complicated and I should be fine with my own insurance. I tried to insist that I needed it but he claimed there was nothing he could add to the contract. Of course, when I brought the vehicle back - they promptly noticed a β€œchip” on the windshield which they claim I caused. I tried to pay by cash or debit at the time but was told they would accept neither. I have a very small limit on my credit card. Since I had to rent a second vehicle, I asked a different sales associate again about getting this additional insurance and was told that of course I could have it...they were not sure why the other associate had not known what I was talking about. We agreed that I would pay the $300 for the β€œchip” by credit card when I returned that vehicle. The company again tried to give me a damaged vehicle (fortunately this time I picked it up during daylight hours and could see everything - I have pictures of both vehicles) and they likely would have attempted to state that I had done the damage if I had not noticed it before leaving the lot. Then when I returned that rental (they gave me a different car after I pointed it out), I was told that I could not pay for the β€œchip” there and that someone would eventually contact me and send a letter. Again, I explained that it was much easier for me to pay by cash or debit but they were not able to accommodate this. It seemed irrelevant to them that they played a role in this mess (or that particular associate did). I know I wimped out and due to stress of this, couldn’t even talk to the guy that repeatedly kept calling me from Ontario. I wish they would have e-mailed me instead. I had given my insurance company contact information for the local Enterprise. The end of this is that since I don’t have that much available on my credit card, Enterprise sent the β€œdebt” to collections, charged over $700 on my credit card, putting it over limit and essentially incurring almost triple the original cost of what they demanded. And in all honesty, after December, money has been so tight, I would not have been able to pay it until this summer. I probably should have gone to another rental agency when the first associate refused to give me the insurance I asked for, but again, enterprise had the lowest security deposit and was the only agency I could afford at the time. Lesson learned. Always insist on full 100% insurance even if the agency claims they don’t have it available and go to another rental agent if they refuse. It absolutely destroyed any desire for me to ever use Enterprise again - and I would encourage everyone to do their homework before renting a vehicle - and ensure you take pictures and video of every part of your rental vehicle - inside and out. And don’t be a wimp like me - be willing to fight it out with them...unfortunately, I just didn’t have the energy.

The hours of operations at the Kamloops airport location are so few it is impossible to contact them. They have a hard time closing out your contract; but had time to clean the vehicle between rentals. My contract ended Friday October 22 and I still have not received my email receipt! I feel the is not for the customer because I’m being charged for days it’s sitting in the airport parking which has been at least 3 more now….. come on Kamloops get the paperwork done and close out your contracts! I need my receipt and I cannot even contact anyone to find out when it can be done …… very inconvenient!

Car was clean and great shape. Asia was great to deal with. Was one of the only places that would allow me to drop off at Vancouver airport.

Ash at Enterprise was amazing to deal with! He had my rental & paperwork ready on my arrival & was able to help me upon my return in the same fashion. Looking forward to dealing with him again when I return to Kamloops. Thanks Ash!!!!
