★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed reservation 2 weeks in advance for rental. Dropped off at airport to be told they not only put the reservation in the system 5pm the night before, but they also don’t hold vehicles for customers. Avoid this place at all costs. Waste of money and time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please ignore the previous reviews. They do not reflect the quality of this place. I booked a car for 1 day on Expedia and I got exactly the car I wanted for exactly the price I was told. The bad hours issue that was referred to has been amended.
Originally I was skeptical based on the reviews but they simply do not reflect reality.
Dean and Yev(I hope I've spelled his name right) are excellent customer service representatives. They went above and beyond for me. Answered all my probing questions and even made sure I wasn't unnecessarily charged extra. As a former customer service rep, I hold service reps to a high standard. These guys met it and then some. I knew that if I had a problem I could rely on them. National has an excellent team at this location. As long as these guys are running it my review is the only one you should pay attention to.

They are open from 9 till 12, it doesn't mean that someone is there from 9 till 12.
After phonecalls and emails to the company that there is Noone here they assured me that my car is being cleaned as Covid is a real problem. Th le hey showed up at 11.54. Here is the list of problems I had:
- they didn't have the car I booked so I was given different car
- i couldn't find the car - I was just told it is on the right on the parking lot. After wondering another employee showed up and helped me find the vehicle
- the car was dirty, no alcohol gel, no wipes nothing. As I was already late I took it as it was
- I couldn't move the car as there was snow in front of it (over 14") and tha tires were bold and spinning
- I went back to rental - the guy went back.with me to the car and also couldn't move it. He suggested the only car they have left -old Honda civic. The car ended also dirty, had a cracked window and also bold tires (confirmed by a mechanic) but I could.move it and drive.
- I missed my appointment as getting car took long time, as the tires were bold to go to a place up the hill to see my friends I had to book a taxi
- so far Noone responded to my letter of complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were not expecting a great experience looking at the reviews but it was the opposite. Super friendly and helpful. Got much better car than we thought at such an affordable price. That itself made our day. Yash at the front end was really helpful and friendly. Happy to see a smiling face and really amazing service. Not expecting more than this. Wonderful experience.
