Three of us made the early afternoon to mid evening flight from Edmonton to Kingston where our cars were booked for the following day. Roy managed to get two of our cars a day early & even gave us a ride into town after hours when his shift was over to retrieve them using his personal vehicle. This saved us both the money for a cab as well having to wait around longer at the airport for one to show up. Our vehicles were new & clean, as well I had a choice on what car to drive. Roy suggested I go with the VW Golf pictured here because he knew I was looking for Android Auto for my infotainment & that it saved me from having to rent a seperate GPS navigator to get around in an unfamiliar part of the country to me. Roy went out of his way to ensure our stay here in Kingston was comfortable & I look forward to doing business with him & Avis/Budget again when our company sends us back here for more company training.

Roy was friendly and courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the truck we needed, literally on a moment's notice, and accommodate our requests. I had a complicated request for my rental car but Roy assured I was able to get the car that I needed, and when it exceeded my credit limit they even gave me a ride to the bank to sort it out. Highly recommend, they’ll make sure you’re looked after well
m	mohammad Ramezani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience ever in Canada. I Reserved a compact car and the agent wanted to give me a van! for my trip. I needed the car and they made me pay the double price for an SUV car that I did not need. They were literally shouting and even the supervisor was not responsible. One month after my trip, the charged me $80 with no explanation. I called them million times and received no clear response. I think this is another way of making money by charging their customers without notice when they their credit card is under their hold. Finally I called my credit card support and filed a complain against Avis and they told me this is common! I managed to get back my money. BE AWARE! NEVER RENT A CAR FROM AVIS. IF YOU HAD TO, CHECK YOUR CREDIT TRANSACTIONS REGULARLY at least for 2 month after your reservation.

They assisted us when most needed, after our massive 401 accident and got us in a vehicle, safe and ready to move on within an hour. They helped with the insurance discussions and settlement, they've been close by until the very end with closing the insurance payment and returning the rent-a-car vehicle. Huge thank you to AVIS Budget Kingston - 5 stars and loyal customers are earned with going above and beyond!

The owner and everyone else in the store are extremely professional and kind. They would always go the extra mile for the customer. As someone who has rented from almost every major rental place in Kingston throughout the years, I would say that my experience with Avis/Budget was by far the best and would highly recommend them.
