After ordering a SUV or van. I resieved a call telling me my rental was dropped at a different location. I was a bit upset. But it's not enterprise's fault it's the person who rented the cars fault. The guys who works here I can't remember his name. Was pretty freaken awesome ok. We needed this SUV for a trip to bc because we were getting married and I needed all that trunk space. He was very kind and understanding. He called up a different location and got someone to drive the car down just in time for pick up. Apon arrival I was very happy with my vehicle and the price. To top it all off he left us a wedding gift in the car. 10/10 would use this service again

Really good to deal with when SGI covered a rental when our vehicle was getting fixed. They gave us a truck as close to what ours was. The guy we dealt with when we dropped it off was awesome. Really quick to deal with everything and was shocked as to how clean the vehicle was (inside and outside) compared to other people that have returned their rentals. Would definitely deal with them again in the future

We were able to rent a van for the weekend. It was just the right size. The gentleman helping us gave superior customer service!

I have rented from Enterprise in Swift Current in the past and they have typically been okay to deal with but my most recent experience with Enterprise was brutal. I called and arranged for an SUV 2 weeks in advance of when I needed the vehicle but when I showed up they said they had no record of my reservation even though the guy told me he was the only one who worked there so I would have talked directly to him to make the reservation He told me that all they had available was a ford fiesta. I told him that I needed an SUV or truck as I was going to be travelling on roads that needed more ground clearance than a car. He offered me a Jeep Cherokee but he said it had battery issues and needed to be boosted so I obviously declined the offer. He also kept offering that he could get me something else maybe later in the afternoon but I needed the vehicle in the morning so that wouldn't work either. He could not tell me how my reservation got lost and eventually found my wife in the system (even though I had booked the car) and said the car reservation had probably been "pushed forward" because they would have called to confirm but nobody had answered. I asked him to confirm the numbers he had on file and they were correct yet there was no history of a call on either of our phones nor was this process of rescheduling the rental if it wasn't re-confirmed ever mentioned when I booked the SUV. I eventually gave up and agreed to take the car as I had no other choice but when I got in the car the low tire sensor was on. He tried to tell me that it was probably not balanced right and that it was fine but I was going to be travelling a distance and didn't want to have a flat tire on the way. He tried to fix the low tire with no success so I eventually just cancelled the reservation after well over an hour of wasted time and went to Thrifty. When I told him I wanted to cancel he offered me a truck that was reserved for someone else in the afternoon.

The kind man (Ben) who works here is a one of a kind employee! Every time I have rented a vehicle it has been clean, and ready when I arrive. They offer fantastic rates, and a nice selection to choose from. Recently I had a family emergency and I needed a vehicle right away (within an hour -2), it was as though he dropped everything to accommodate my request. Not only was he able to find me a car, he arrived to pick me up with coffee and treats for my kids and I. Ben went above and beyond! I have been renting from here for over a year now and I can tell you, he is the only employee I have ever seen working there and he is responsible for everything to get you in your vehicle; he cleans, gases up, and does the contracts for each vehicle to every customer, all with a smile on his face too! The world needs more people like Ben working for them. He has offered our family nothing but the best service for every rental! Thank you to Ben for being so kind in our time of need and for setting the bar so high for what excellent customer service is! :)

My vehicle broke down on a trip in Swift Current. CAA covers my rental but I have tried for three days now to get a rental to get home and there is nothing available. The are not open weekends either which is extremely inconvenient. But if the never have vehicles available. Why even be open. I have tried for year to rent out of this office and they never have anything and will not bring anything in especially in an emergency situation. So my CAA coverage was able to tow my vehicle but no rental in this whole city to get me home. No cities close to get one from there either.

Just got a 4 day rental vehicle from here. Quick and friendly service I was picked up by an employee who was super friendly. Also to Barbra who did a follow up call to make sure I was happy with my rental. Customer service for the WIN. Keep up with good work on the service you provided.
