★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organized and efficient. I prefer renting covered trailers. You don't have to worry about stuff flying out or the weather. This uhaul store always has one available and is quick and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U-Haul is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. We made a reservation for a truck A MONTH in advance and the day before, they email us a confirmation with the wrong truck size and a location pick up more than an hour away from our city. It being moving season, most other places are already booked, hence why we booked it a month in advance. We called and there was nothing they could do. They completely screwed us over.
I absolutely despise how this company handles its business. I strongly recommend people go elsewhere for truck rentals.

After dealing with the worst Rep in Welland for my truck that I originally booked in st Catharines, they tried to scam me by saying the gas tank was full when given to me when it was at less than half. After spending 20 minutes resolving that issue, the Rep tells me that I need to pay extra mileage because I had to drive from Welland which is not where I booked my truck. Never using Uhaul again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truck worked great, had under 5000 kms on it. The staff however, I found to be a bit rude and didn’t take much time to answer my questions. Once I dropped the rental back off, they didn’t even let me use their garbage for an empty coffee cup and insisted I take it in my Uber. Not the best last impression after an otherwise good experience.
