★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They owe me money! And have not dealt with it for months! Have made several phone calls! Each time they say “yes” we see that you have overpaid. “Yes” we owe you money. Will call you back. And then I call again weeks later and they say yes, we owe you money, will get back to you within five business days. It has been several phone calls and several months! If I owed them money they be on it pretty fast! Can I charge them interest?
