★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unfriendly and impatient while "helping" with my passport.
When they looked outside the window and saw a woman wearing pajamas walking towards the doors someone said "probably coming in for EI". If you're a government establishment maybe save the judgement you put on others.
*Also it's been almost two months and I have yet to receive my passport or hear any updates. Got it transferred to Saskatoon instead. Rather drive 2 hours there instead of dealing with these people again.
