We were renting from another provider they even returned the old providers tank I called at approximately 3:00 & before 4:00 a consultant (Brett) was here to go over paperwork and explain the process. The following day shortly after 11:00 our tank was being replaced. Spencer and Nate were very professional and efficient. We are extremely pleased. If someone was to ask me if I would go with Service Experts again .. without hesitation Yes most definitely. The customer service from office to field is amazing. The owner is very fortunate to have such a great group of employees. Thank you Everyone for making the transition seamless.

They were extremely nice and professional and had answers to every one of my questions. Also good recommendations for the ongoing service plan. Would 100% recommend!

He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and had our furnace up and running in less than an hour. 5 stars are well deserved. Earlier this year we had our furnaces in our home and business serviced by Dan Chambers of Service Experts. He too was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and gave us great (cost saving) advice. It has been a pleasure to have Service Experts look after our heating & cooling needs. Thanks.

Jesse was fully masked the entire time and used safe work procedures during Covid. Service was thorough and well done. I'd recommend Service Experts to friends.

He took his time to explain clearly in detail everything I needed to know re. my furnace maintenance, and also other relevant services (re. AC and hot water heater). The furnace "report card" he left behind was clear and useful to have for my own documentation. Payment was processed easily on the spot. The experience was excellent. Highly recommended.

They walked me through the issue/solution and provided me with maintenance tips to prevent any further issues moving forward. They also followed all COVID-19 protocols. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Service Experts.

I had to have my old water tank removed and a new one installed.Again I was amazed at the high quality of workmanship performed by Nate.H and Ben…Twice I’ve used service experts from Kingston and both times their attention to detail , professionalism and knowledge was second to none. Keep up the great work !!!!! I Definitely recommend them for any of your needs.. Great experience right from the start. Our furnace died, the repair technician Dan was on site promptly and tired everything in his power to get heat going which was greatly appreciated. We discussed the options and I felt it best to upgrade our Furnace and Ac unit. Brendan the service consultant was very professional;, very well versed in all the products and offered a great cost effective solution to bring our equipment up to date and maximize on the reduction of gas usage. Once the decision was made to upgrade the Furnace ,AC and Water tank the delivery date was set for 2 days after our initial consultation. The repair technicians are perhaps the best I have ever dealt with. Both Nate and Spencer were meticulous and very thorough, professional and took the time to do the small details often over looked nowadays. The job site was spotless when then completed their work, they adhered to all Covid -19 protocols, and took the time to explain in great detail the operation of each new piece of equipment to myself and my wife.. I cannot praise the entire team enough .. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local, caring and professional group.
