★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the only game in town. Price is right. When it works its great. When they loose the truck they are planning to rent you, or make you drive 2 hours to pick up a trailer then it sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest and helpful people. I've used the service three times at this location and haven't had any issue with the staff. The only issue I ever had was when I had to do the "self check in" and that's a issue with U-Haul as a company not this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you make a reservation online for a certain date and put your credit card number in to hold, that doesn't matter. We had a crew lined up to move on the day our reservation was for. Turns out they gave our unit away and Noone contacted us for it. The girl at the front had a lazy attitude and was not helpful at all. One star and hopefully Noone else has to deal with the headache we had

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Borrow a truck off someone before you go here. Use this place as an absolute last resort. Charged us $35 extra and wrote a cheque to return it that will arrive in 3 weeks time. Charged us for furniture pads we didn't receive or use, said we're lying about it as "ALL" trucks come with them. Which ours did not. Don't go here, use any other option. Would rate 0 if I could. Almost $200 to rent a truck for a day and gas is your problem.

Sandra went above and beyond, and in one day we were done easy smooth , convenient, knowledgeable, helpful, kind just a Great experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had items stored at the Halston location in Kamloops for about 8 months, pulled out this passed weekend. Access to my unit was always easy, facility clean & temperature good. Staff was always friendly and greeted you with a smile and hello. Any time I had a question or concern, it was addressed quickly. I’d return here in a heartbeat if I ever require storage again or a truck rental too. Thank you for keeping my things safe!
