S	Sean Ehman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get a stereo installed a few years ago there and they were unable to do it. They charged me for the full install price and the cost of the wiring harness. But when I went to pick it up they couldn't get the car started due to the security features of the car. You'd think a car stereo place would know how to do deal with this issue and if they didn't they could figure it out or make a few phone calls to people who can tell you how to deal with it. I ended up having to go in their shop and phone a friend that told me how to fix it. They charged me to do work I had to do. Not impressed with their customer service and knowledge of how to do the job. I do not or nor will I ever recommend this place to someone.

With medical conditions exempting my friend an I they still insisted we wore a mask. I understand everyone has a right too a safe environment as well as the right too refuse service, however because my friend was a bit painful or "rude" i end up in the same boat? Then when I was browsing they asked me "Are you going to buy those speakers or not?" cause they wanted to ring them up and get us out and I said alright then ring them up. Then they suggested I shop elsewhere for my speakers when I asked about return policy, Very unprofessional as well as a terrible experience shopping there. Not recommended for car audio. I personally won't ever go back or recommend that place to anyone. There's no other way to reply directly too your response but yes I had to elaborate further on the issue at hand if you're going to make me sound like I was in the wrong. Again, very unprofessional on your part. Take care.
