★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awful experience with an employee while trying to purchase something in the tech department. The man named Derrick was incredibly short and almost made me feel dumb, and (unfortunately) reeked heavily of body odors. I do not want to fault an entire store for one employee however I will never be returning as he was an awful experience for me, snapping and almost being bullyish about my simple questions.
Do better staples!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have given up going to the Okotoks Staples. Although the staff is friendly when you can get one, they lack knowledge. The store manager lacks customer service skills to ensure a positive customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in this morning and was completely ignored by all the staff. Had 2 people look at me and walk away. The cashier spent the whole time I was standing there chatting with a customer who had already finished their transaction. I needed to see about ordering a power cord for a sign purchased there and when someone finally came out to the help desk, instead of assisting me he answered the phone and didn't even acknowledge me standing there. Disappointed in the lack of service maybe I'll have better luck from now on going to a Staples in Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went multiple times for passport photos but they didn't have the supplies. Also say fir 30 mins while they were trying to print out pics but then said they couldn't print them out, had to go online to do it and then wait 10 days for them!
